And this one had its moment at the recent Zoom meeting of the Maine Scallop Research Collaborative meeting put on by the Aquaculture Research Institute and Hurricane Island Center for Science and Leadership. Attended by stakeholders from the wild scallop fishery and those interested in scallop aquaculture, it was enough to make you smile over prospects for handling our resource wisely.
