Festival of the Seven Fishes

Here is our Maine version of the increasingly popular Feast of the Seven Fishes. You don't have to be Italian or Catholic or abstaining from eating meat before the Christmas feast.

This is a variation of our Ritzy pie recipe, made with cod fish, Brewer's PenBay whole farmed scallops and lobster courtesy of Fifield's Lobster. We are indeed blessed with delicious seafood.
